The recent $30 Million Oz Lotto draw saw one lucky winner celebrating. It was later revealed that the winning Oz Lotto results belonged to a Gold Coast mum who is eager to share some kindness with others.
The woman from Burleigh on the Gold Coast, held the only winning entry in the $30 Million Oz Lotto draw 1440 on Tuesday 21 September 2021.
She spoke with officials shortly after the draw. In disbelief, she admitted she was about to have a cup of tea before bed. Incredibly, she is now a multi-millionaire!
“What! Is this legit? I have no idea what to say.”
While everyone hopes they might win when purchasing a lotto ticket, it’s something most will only ever dream of. The winner was shocked but overjoyed upon learning the Oz Lotto results.
“This is amazing! This is life-changing.”
She shared that while she had checked the Oz Lotto results for the draw earlier that evening, they were still processing and she decided to have a shower. With her kids in bed and a long sleepless night ahead of her, she had time to think of what the windfall could mean.
“Everybody has had such a strange year with COVID. Our family’s lives have been turned upside down. But with this, we can set ourselves up, set our kids up, set our family up. It will change our lives, and we’ll want to share that kindness with others.”
