A boilermaker from the coastal town of Gladstone in Queensland has won over $2,000,000.00 in the Saturday Lotto that took place on November 5th, 2011.

He woke up to the news on Sunday morning and was feeling nothing short of overwhelmed at his new multimillionaire status. He said that he had no idea that he was a winner until he walked into his local newsagency early in the morning to get his ticket checked.

The Gladstone man has been playing Saturday Lotto for close to 30 years, and finally it has all paid off.

The winning numbers that won him $2,064,494 were 2, 6, 12, 18, 44 and 45 with the supplementary numbers 28 and 32.

He won his prize on a System 9 entry that was purchased from Nextra Valley News in Goondoon Street, Gladstone.

He shares the division one prize with just one other person; a pensioner from Ballarat in Victoria.
