Monday Lotto millionaire can finally become a home owner

A Perth man in his forties is thrilled to realise the great Australian dream of owning a home after winning over $1,000,000 in this week's Monday Lotto!

The winner, who wishes to remain anonymous, learned about his Division 1 win when he saw a missed call from OzLotteries on his phone. "I had to double check the numbers on the winner's email, then log into my online account just to make sure my mind wasn't playing tricks on me!" the excited winner said.

"I work for a non-for-profit organisation. Saving up is hard and that dream home was a long way away."

WA's newest millionaire now has his sights set on buying a brand new home, as well as sharing some of his winnings with his family.

"And maybe a small holiday to celebrate too!" he added.

The winning 32-game Quickpick ticket was purchased online through OzLotteries.com. The lucky recipient was the only Division 1 winner in this week's Monday Lotto, a weekly game which offers a guaranteed Division 1 prize of $1,000,000 for up to four winners in each draw.

The winning numbers for Monday Lotto draw 3384 on Monday 22 September were 29, 30, 35, 28, 13, and 39 with supplementary numbers of 40 and 25.
