Four NSW Saturday Lotto’s Superdraw winners
NSW Lotteries have released details of the four winners from that state in the weekend's Saturday Lotto’s Superdraw, sharing in the $24.4 million jackpot prize on offer.
Each of the 4 is to receive $1,743,345.84 million each.
The first is a player who purchased his ticket in the Sydney CBD, at Sydney Cove Newsagency at 95 George Street.
“I just can’t believe it; I checked my numbers over and over again on the internet. All day yesterday, I just kept checking over and over,” the winner, who wishes to remain anonymous, told a NSW Lotteries official this morning.
NSW Lotteries officials called the Players Club member this morning to confirm his win, even though the winner was already aware of his amazing windfall, he could not believe his luck.
“I am so excited; it is just incredible, I’m so lucky. I will keep working though and keep my life as normal as possible,” the anonymous winner added.
The winner from Wentworthville, a suburb in Sydney's west, is a mystery. Although the owner of the $1.7 million winning ticket, purchased in the Sydney suburb of Wentworthville, is registered with NSW Lotteries Players Club, NSW Lotteries officials have been unable to contact them by phone. What is known is that the ticket was purchased at the Darcy Road Newsagency at Shop 2, 39 Darcy Road, Wentworthville.
Speaking of mystery players, the winner from the southern Sydney suburb of Cronulla is also as yet unknown. Again, all NSW Lotteries know is the place of ticket purchase, which is Elouera Newsagency at Shop 4, 53 Elouera Road, Cronulla.
The fourth winner from NSW, or to more correct the fourth winners, was a network syndicate. In this players across multiple ticket outlets play four game systems nine Saturday Lotto entry, costing them just $16.20 each. The players in this syndicate, have in this draw won $147,510.75.

Nationally there were 14 winning entries in Saturday Lotto’s $24 million Superdraw prize, along with the four NSW winning entries, five winning entries were sold in Victoria, four in Queensland and one in Western Australia.
